At the centre of our gatherings is meditation. Together we practise mindfulness of breathing, loving-kindness and quiet sitting — with gentle guidance suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
Alongside our meditation, we share teachings from the Buddhist tradition — the dharma — exploring themes such as mindfulness, compassion, impermanence and how to live with greater ease and clarity.
Practising with others is a source of great support and encouragement. Our sangha is a friendly, inclusive community where people from all walks of life come together, share tea and conversation, and support one another.
We gather regularly for meditation and dharma. If you're thinking of joining us for the first time, we'd love to hear from you beforehand so we can welcome you and let you know what to expect.
Sessions are offered freely. There's no need to bring anything — just come with an open mind.
